Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Jakko mobile application (the "App") operated by Jakko ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jakko.app if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.
Flyer content, product information, pricing, and availability shown in the App are provided by third-party retailers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice and may vary by location and store. Always verify deals directly with the retailer before making a purchase. We are not responsible for purchase decisions you make based on content in the App.
The App displays content from third parties, including retailer flyers and advertisements served through Google AdMob. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, any third-party content, advertisements, products, services, or websites linked from the App. Your dealings with advertisers or retailers, and any terms, warranties, or representations associated with them, are solely between you and that third party. Advertising helps keep the App free.

The App, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Jakko and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Flyer content, logos, and trademarks displayed in the App belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JAKKO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends immediately.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge and agree that:
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and on this page and updating the date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
