Delete your account

How to permanently delete your Jakko account and data.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open Jakko and tap Settings (gear icon).
  2. Under My Account, tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Don't have the app installed?

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:

Email: support@jakko.app (subject: "Delete my account")

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account record, profile, shopping list, watch list, and saved store favourites from our systems. This action cannot be undone. We process deletion requests promptly and complete them within 30 days, except where limited information must be retained to comply with the law.

Delete only part of your data (keep your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account. In the app's Settings you can clear specific data at any time:
